Refund Policy · v1.1 · 11 July 2026
Refund Policy
We sell a real product with a real cost to produce. We'll refund you if the platform fails to deliver — and we'll be specific about when that applies.
Subscription plans (Monitor, Fix, Growth)
- Cancel anytime. Cancelling stops future renewals. Your plan keeps running until the end of the month you already paid for; that running month is not refunded.
- A paid month where we delivered nothing. If a full billing month passes in which no audit ran and no fixes were delivered, email us — we refund that month.
- Billing mistakes. Charged after you cancelled, or charged twice? Full refund of the wrong charge, no questions.
Audit delivery problems (full refund of the affected month)
- The audit ran but the report was not delivered to your portal. We refund the affected month and investigate what went wrong on our side.
- Platform downtime. If the platform was inaccessible for >24 consecutive hours during your audit window and the audit could not run, we refund the affected month.
Not eligible for refund
- The audit ran and delivered the report. Once the report is in your portal you have the product for that cycle. The methodology is published in advance — you knew what you were buying.
- You don't like the numbers. The audit reports what the AI engines actually say. We can't change that, and unhappy numbers are not a defect.
- You didn't verify the domain in time.Domain verification is required before the first full audit. We'll remind you; we can't refund inaction past 60 days.
- Methodology disagreement. If you disagree with the methodology, raise it in writing — we publish it at /methodology, it's versioned, and we're happy to discuss. But that's not a refund-able situation.
How to request a refund
Email billing@farandwide.io from your account address with:
- your account email,
- the Stripe payment ID (in your billing tab),
- one sentence on why.
We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe within 5–10 business days. Some banks take longer.
Statutory consumer rights
Consumer-protection rules in your country may grant rights beyond this policy — those override. Far & Wide is a B2B service, but if you bought as a private individual and a 14-day cooling-off period applies in your jurisdiction, it does.
