Account and audit data in Supabase (eu-central-1, Frankfurt). Audit compute on Hetzner (Falkenstein, Germany). AI engine questions go to Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and Perplexity, US providers under SCCs and DPF. The full list of services we run on is at /legal/subprocessors. We do not process your customer PII. The audit works on public web content and AI engine outputs.

No. We verify domain ownership (DNS TXT or HTML meta tag) before the first full audit. Auditing a domain you do not control violates our terms.

Results appear in your portal within a minute: pass, warn or fail for each check, the evidence behind it, and a fix instruction for anything that did not pass. The free snapshot is one per brand; the full audit is the next step.

Email billing@farandwide.io from your account address. We close the account immediately. By default we retain audit history for 12 months. For immediate erasure, say so in the email (GDPR Art. 17 right to erasure).
